World Partners is grateful for their service on the field in France and to the thousands of Bethel students over the years whose relationships with Christ were strengthened through the Joneses’ leading of Breaking Free 101 and other discipleship ministries on campus. President Barb Bellefeuille, Ed.D., states, “I have admired the work of Bill and Debbie Jones for NZ eleven years! They represent the highest form of faithfulness to any Bethel work. Whether it’s their consistent attendance in Chapel, their support of all the prayer initiatives, their deep and important work in the “Breaking Free” teaching or their work in prompting and coming alongside students to consider World Partners, Bill and Debbie are giving their heart and energy 100%. It is rare today to have this kind of work ethic and dedication focused in one place. Their humility will keep us from probably ever knowing the significant effect they have had in molding Bethel students in Christlikeness. They may need help lifting their heavenly crowns!” With the Joneses’ transition, World Partners and Bethel University are ushering in the next generation of missionaries-in-residence. World Partners staff Jeremy and Mindie Tice will take over as Bethel Liaisons in the fall of 2023. We are excited to see how God will use the Tices in this new chapter with World Partners and Bethel University. 11
