Goodman Gymnasium was one of several places on campus to get a makeover this summer and it has now entered a new era as the home of Bethel Volleyball. On Sept. 7, the volleyball team made it’s debut in the renovated gym with a win over Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Before the match was played several faculty and staff, including Coach Julie Reninga, Coach Mike Lightfoot, Associate Professor of Religion and Philosophy Timothy Erdel, Ph.D, and former president of Bethel, Albert Beutler, spoke with Maggie Caldwell (’13) about their memories of Goodman.
