Bethel University celebrated its 75th birthday during Homecoming weekend, Sept. 30-Oct. 1, on campus. Alumni and friends enjoyed a variety of activities and events throughout the weekend, starting on Friday with Alumni Chapel, featuring the 2022 Alumni Award recipients. Other events included a “Chicken Finger Friday” in the Dining Commons, a music recital in Everest-Rohrer Auditorium, and live music and coffee at Heritage Meeting House. Saturday began with the “Rise’n Run” 5K in the morning, athletics alumni games for baseball and lacrosse in the afternoon, free admission to the Women’s Volleyball and Men’s Soccer games, Reunion Village by decade (with food trucks) and a Future Pilots Zone in the evening. At dusk, a birthday party for Bethel was held, with cake and fireworks.
