Amount raised: $145,000 Global Reach: Viewers from United States, Canada, Egypt and Brazil Keynote speaker: J.C. Watts, a former University of Oklahoma football standout and former U.S. Congressman. Student speakers: Abby Armold is a business management major fromValparaiso, Ind., who has had a transformative experience at Bethel, made possible by scholarships. She plays on the varsity women’s volleyball team.Willian dos Santos is a marketing major from Brazil and recipient of a scholarship from the Pilot Rescue Fund, which enabled him to continue his studies. He plays on the varsity men’s soccer team. The Bethel University Give Back Gala happens annually, with the 2021 Gala on June 12, 2021.
