Dr. Redgina Hill is the Founder & CEO of Redgina Hill Consulting, LLC (RHC) which exists to cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion within businesses and organizations and seeks to help organizations facilitate change through measurable goals.  RHC has served many clients including the South Bend Police Department, Four Winds Casino, Beacon Health System, INSOURCE, and PNC Bank.

With over 14 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Gina currently serves as the executive director of inclusion and equity for Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.  In this capacity, she defines and cultivates diversity, equity, and inclusion as an institutional and educational priority.  She also provides strategy and vision for an office that both serves students of today and orients towards the future, ensuring that programs and services are responsive to the changing demographics and needs of the student body.

Dr. Gina earned a Ph.D, in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California where she was the recipient of the 2015 Social Justice Fellowship, 2016 Carolyn Juillerat Memorial Scholarship for Servant Leadership, and Vice President of the Black Doctoral Student Association.  She has focused her professional career on diversity, equity, and inclusion capacity-building across industries.  Dr. Gina has keynoted or presented at numerous conferences and co-authored articles as a member of the Race & Justice in Higher Education research team.

Born and raised in South Bend, IN, Dr. Gina is an active member within her community and serves on boards such as the Northern Indiana Regional Development Authority Diversity & Inclusion Board, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and Transformation Ministries as a way to give back to the community that has shaped her.  Redgina and her husband, Armar’rae, live in South Bend with their daughter, Sarai and dog, Rocco.  She’s a member of Faith Alive Praise & Worship Center where she serves as an ordained minister.
