Dismas House: Relationship and Reentry
Alumna Mary Pottenger ’15 serves as the Dismas Designs Project Manager at Dismas House of South Bend (named for the repentant thief at the cross). It’s a place where formerly incarcerated individuals and college students live at the same residence, where they can grow and learn together. As part of her job, Pottenger works to spread awareness about Dismas, while teaching jewelry-making workshops to the residents at the house.
